Create new network offering
Hi,
I can´t find any information on the documentation about the Network Offerings. Compute and Disk Offerings are quite straight but when I try to create a new Network Offering there are many services that can´t be selected together.
P.E: I try to create a new network offering with DHCP, DNS, Load Balancer and User Data and the receive the following message "Provider VirtualRouter doesn´t support services combination [Dhcp, Lb, UserData, DNS]".
It doesn´t matter if the guest type is Isolated or Shared. Is there any information at all about what services can be combined?
Couple of questions more:
- What is the use for "User Data" service?
- What is the use for "Connectivity"service?

I believe that if you are using advanced networks, you have to have a network offering with a source NAT service, so your VMs can access the internet via the public network through the domain router... I would recommend when using advance networks at least setting up the following services:
Dns, Dhcp, Source nat, Firewall
Static nats and port forwarding are good when accessing your resource externally from the internet.
Some of the network offerings in the network offering list come be default when you install Cloudstack and are used in basic networking, which is why you add them as a network when using advance networks.

Adding "SourceNAT" to the offering works ok.
Now the question is why? :-)
Apart from that, i´ve created several network offerings with isolated network (didn´t try yet shared ones) but when I try to create a new network, not all of them are available to select, only the ones with "SourceNAT" included (same with the original ones, only "DefaultIsolatedNetworkOfferingWithSourceNatService" is available).

Can you try choosing "SourceNAT" as well along with Dhcp, Lb, UserData, DNS for "Isolated" network ?
"User Data" services is to have the ability to retrieve userdata with which a Vm was deployed. Vms can be deployed by passing a userdata in the deployVirtualMachine api call.

Adding "SourceNAT" to the offering works ok.
Now the question is why? :-)
Apart from that, i´ve created several network offerings with isolated network (didn´t try yet shared ones) but when I try to create a new network, not all of them are available to select, only the ones with "SourceNAT" included (same with the original ones, only "DefaultIsolatedNetworkOfferingWithSourceNatService" is available).
