About ARFF lacked datatype

Hi Isabel-san.

I am coding MAHOUT-928 (Add the ARFF data loader/converter on DF)
and found the mahout's ARFF support cannot treat the "real" and
"integer" datatype.

This topic had been discussed on the thread below,  but maybe not
posted to jira.
