[I] [Bug] Error HTTP status handling [iceberg-rust]

### Describe the bug
Reading through the code, when we try to create a namespace and issue a POST request, we propagate `Unexpected` error when we receive 404, that doesn't sound correct.

### Expected behavior
Two things about error handling:
- Error message should match http status code;
- Error status code should match [openapi spec](https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/137965d72d090b4268827607786ccd3c2925bbc5/open-api/rest-catalog-open-api.yaml#L320-L328)
### Willingness to contribute
I can contribute a fix for this bug independently
