Issues in NB 11.2-beta3

Hello,
while testing NB 11.2-beta3 we found one issue that seems a regression from
11.1:

and another one confirmed still to be there (it was already in NB 11.0 and
11.1 as well):
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-3278
(very likely the same issue already filed for NB9 as
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-1105)

The first one is preventing us to move to NB11.2 as IDE. The second would
be great to have fixed because we are going to use NB 11.2 as platform for
our RCP application.
