[XALAN] Connection pool problem. - Connection not Closed..

Hi,
 
We are using XALAN in our project and we encountered a problem in the
connection pool. If there is some problem with the query the connections are
not closed. This was filed as a bug in xalan and the solution is also
mentioned in the bug. Whether that bug is fixed in the latest releases. And
if so, Please let us know the latest stable release we can use.
