[Issue 125661] latest android version on play is version 3.4.2

Windows version 4.1.0 from 4.0.1 corrected a problem with graphics moving when
saving in Microsoft Word 6.0 format. Android versions need this compatibility
in the latest version.
The current version 3.4.2 comes from 2012 so dos not include any later fixes.
