Changing the window size (for example maximizing or resizing the window) after
moved to another display, causes buggy displaying of it. (It is unclear for me,
what is the rule for sure to the bug to appear.)

Reproduction (two monitor needed, the displays are not with the same
resolution).

1) Start OOo.
2) Move the open window between monitors.
3) Maximize the window.

Result: the buttons are not displayed within the white non-bordered splash
window.

Expected result: the splash window is looking correct.
