[~rnowling] has proposed algorithm for IoT simulation.  This could be alot of fun :) !

So lets do it.  

1) In BigTop this is a way to demonstrate and test hbase strategies for wrangling iOt data.

2) Broader ~ the algorithm impl can be used for other load testing .

[~apurtell] can also help us with a spec for hbase architecture dealing w/ spatial IoT data, and im happy to help fill in the gaps if extra labor is needed.
