There is allready a scheme http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cocoon/trunk/core/cocoon-servlet-service/cocoon-servlet-service-impl/src/main/resources/org/apache/cocoon/servletservice/schema/cocoon-servlet-1.0.xsd. What is needed is to publish it at the Cocoon site. I don't how to do that, but Carsten have suceeded for the schemes that he has authored, so it is probably possible ;)
