   I've modified the code to include `finalAggregateOnExecutor` as a parameter being passed into treeAggregate. I've also updated the JavaRDDLike and the relevant unit tests. Let me know if we want to expand the scope of the change to any other api's to be updated as well where treeAggregate is used.
