Encoding issues with JSF
Hi,
We're currently creating an application that should support different
encodings. After checking out the standard behavior of JSF we noted that
entering characters with accents in a h:inputTextarea will not be handled
correctly.
Do we always need to implement conversions ourselves, i.e. for example set
the encoding via an encoding filter as I saw some polish or Japanese sites
do? Or does JSF already handles this issue in some other way?
Thanks for any help!
Kris
