[C/C Europe 25] [discuss] chair person & BOF
Is there anyone who wants to chair the 2025 conference? We need to find
interested people and select a leader soon. I know that 2025 seems like a
long way away, but time slips by quickly and there are items that need to
be discussed and finalized early so that appropriate sponsors can be
contacted and onboarded.
I am hoping that we will have a BOF in Bratislava where we can talk about
some of this.
The 2024 group will be holding a post mortem and producing a lessons
learned document after the conference.

My one addition to all this is that ideally the chair, but at least someone
central to the planning, should speak the language of the chosen city.

A joint event planning discussion sounds like a great topic for the start
of 2025 planning.

Maybe we can also see if we can have a joint event in 2025 (with

We are planning a C/C Europe 2025 BOF at C/C EU 2024 (probably Monday). If
you can attend that would be great. If not, have no fear, I am certain the
organizing committee will accept all volunteers.
