[DISCUSS] Add Users and Customers information in github pages of ServiceComb Projects.

Hi All,

As most of the credibility of the project comes from the people who uses it
and trusts it.

As per my understanding we have already have some customers who are using
ServiceComb in the development and productions env, so is it possible to
put their names in the github pages of ServiceComb Projects with their
logos.

It will really help for the promotion of ServiceComb and build a confidence
and trust for new Users who want to adopt ServiceComb.

Any thoughts on this?

In my opinion, users' confidence in the project comes from the project
maturity assessment report, so I think it is better to reflect users' use
in the report rather than the github page.

Now,there are about 5 Huawei departments and other 10 companies are using
ServiceComb,they are Huawei Cloud Core Network,Huawei Cloud EI,Huawei Cloud
Security,Huawei Consumer Business Cloud,Huawei Device
Cloud,ChangHong,Isofstone,Pactera,Greentown,Gaomai
Zhiyuan,Ceewa,MedSci,Hangling, Yunlu since ServiceComb has been incubating.
