[jira] Updated: (FOR-1037) Changes RSS feed links do not work in
all use cases
Sina K. Heshmati updated FOR-1037:
----------------------------------
Attachment: FOR-1037_SKH_01.patch
In this workaround, I've made the assumption that dispatcher-enabled projects set the value of 'project.url' e.g. in forrest.properties and that dispatcher-disabled projects set the 'projects-url' e.g. in skinconf.xml. The same's true for the 'project-name/project.name' property.

> The Link URL provided in the changes.rss [1] feed is created in changes-to-rss.xsl using the variable changes-url, this is configured using:
> <xsl:variable name="changes-url" select="concat(../skinconfig/project-url, 'changes.html')"/>
> If using the Dispatcher there is no skinconfig and therefore no value is set for changes-url.
> The same problem occurs in the Forrest website, even though it does not use the dispatcher.
