the artistic license and ASF code - okay?

hi all,

Avalon has some code which imports jetty, and does an autodownload as
well. Jetty is
based on the OSI-approved artistic license:

http://jetty.mortbay.org/jetty/LICENSE.html
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license.php

I think it is okay to

- distribute unmodfied artistic-licensed jars (ie jetty.jar) along with
an appropriate
LICENSE file, and instructions in the documentation referring to the
Standard Version
(ie "this product includes a binary distribution of Jetty. The
Standard Version of Jetty can
  be found at http://jetty.mortbay.org/.")
- use java imports off artistic-licensed code

can some confirm?

I would think that an autodownload is just as acceptable as a
distributed binary provided the
same conditions are met.

cheers,

- Leo
