   Thanks, I think I found the origin of the bug. The tileset.json file used in the openstreetmap exemple only describes layers for low zoom levels (12 to 20). Therefore, when zooming out the `PostgresTileStore` tries to generate a query with an empty list of layers.

   As a result, the generated query that only contains `WITH `, which throws the `ERROR: syntax error at end of input` exception when hitting the database.
