Previously, we extend {{ContaineredJobManager}} to implement {{MesosJobManager}} and {{YarnJobManager}}. In FLIP-6 we use {{ClusterEntrypoint}} as a new abstraction.

After legacy {{MesosJobManager}} and {{YarnJobManager}} removed, we can safely drop {{ContaineredJobManager}}.
