can't find deserializer

hi all,
i have a problem to execute a service deployed in the server.
this service return an objet "Conf" but in the client i have the following exception :
No deserializer found to deserialize a 'urn:xml-soap-wops:x:configure' using encoding style 'http://shemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/'.
i use the serializer/deserializer BeanSerializer in this service.
what is the error in my program ???
