Designer with only Hadoop 2.x.x

Hi,
I have made an assumption that Designer would only be supported for hadoop 2.x.x . Currently I have written a HDFS Storage in Designer which will allow the falcon artefacts and jsons to be stored in HDFS, which requires hadoop dependencies. Please validate if we can go ahead with this assumption.
Regards,
Samar

Ok , Would conclude with the assumption that it would work only with hadoop
 2.x.x.

Even in falcon, we have removed support for hadoop1.x. So, good to go
