    KAFKA-21040 Upgrade testcontainers-keycloak to 4.3.1 for Docker 29 compatibility (#23384)
    
    Testcontainers 1.x fails Docker detection on Docker 29 due to Docker API
    incompatibility, causing ClientAssertionKeycloakIntegrationTest to be
    skipped.
    
    This upgrades testcontainers-keycloak from 3.5.1 to 4.3.1, which brings
    in  Testcontainers 2.0.5 transitively. The explicit Testcontainers
    version and the  junit-jupiter dependency are removed since they are no
    longer used.
