Hi,

I'm currently deep in the (mentioned above) project which uses
Turbine-2 as its core component. The T3 effort isn't nearly usable for
our project yet (especially as it is moving stuff around at a
tremendous pace :-) ). So yes, I'd really love to merge this in but
I'm not at all familiar with the current T3 CVS (I wasn't able to get
it to compile with all the bits and pieces lying around) and I don't
have too much time to merge this forward.

Maybe I'll give this a shot on the next weekend. There is another part
missing in the CVS yet (moving the creation of the ACL objects out of
the DB/LDAP service and using a TurbineFactory to provide
runtime-configureable objects; that's the real point that we
needed. When it is in the T2 CVS, I'll look into forward porting (I
might just send the patch off to you as I'm not too familiar with the
changed innards of T3).

(The application that we're developing is an ISP control center and we
need a finer grained access system where we have a

N -> 1 -> M (depending on the N in front. ;-) ) rights management. No
it is not your basic "log user on and be happy" application.

	Regards
		Henning
