   First we need to debug this and get the steps for reproduction more deterministic. For example, are there patterns you can notice when the scheduler is able to “recover”? Perhaps when you change the schedule to some specific values? When you do that in some certain points of time?
   
   Also cc @mai-nakagawa for ideas.
