Absolutely!

There is a "taglibs" effort underway. This is basically going to be a project
that will attempt to be repository for contributed tag libraries. We are fixing
smallish things in there and also deciding on things like packaging etc. Once
that is done it should be announced here and various other lists. I'd say It
should happen real soon (couple of weeks) or so now...

I'd say please add these tags as a separate tag library in there.
