TCPMon now in TestMaker 4.1.1

Hi Apache SOAP folks: PushToTest released TestMaker 4.1.1 today and the
new version includes the TCPMon utility from the Axis project. We added
one convenience feature to the code. TestMaker saves the TCPMon state
to its XML properties files. So the next time you fire up TestMaker the
TCPMon watched ports are already configured.

TestMaker is distributed under an Apache-style license and the modified
TCPMon source is part of the distribution. You can download TestMaker
at:

In the near future we plan to include an Axis Protocol Handler for
using Axis to test SOA and Web Services for scalability, performance,
and quality of service. Currently TestMaker uses Apache SOAP.
