[ADS & MINA2] First tests

Hi guys,

just to inform you that I had successfully run ADS with MINA 
2.0.0-M4-SNAPSHOT. All the tests are not passing, as I still need to 
configure the other services (Kerberos, NTP, etc), but at least, LDAP 
itself works fine (although I didn't checked SSL or TLS).

There is more to do, but that is a pretty encouraging step.

More to come later. (for those who want to have a look at it, it's in 
the ads-mina2.0 branch)
