[DISCUSS] Change the groupId of the plc4x-extras repo?

Hi all,

We currently have a bug open, where the user is having issues building the Kafka plugin, as the tools artifact there has the same artifactId and groupId as a module in the main repo.
I think we should update the groupIds in the extras repo to „org.apache.plc4x.extras“ … any objection?

+1 sounds gold to me to rename the artifacts fitting to their repositories.
