Reminder Tag/Roll tomorrow

A reminder that tomorrow I'll be tagging and rolling
Apache HTTP 1.3.38, 2.0.60 and 2.2.5 for a potential
release on the 14th...

Status update:
As of 4:50pm, eastern, all 3 have been tagged and rolled.
All files uploaded to /www/httpd.apache.org/dev/dist/ on
people, awaiting sync to http://httpd.apache.org/dev/dist/.

Once I see them show up, I'll send email to testers, etc
and call for "official" tarball vetting.

As of this time (noon, eastern) both 1.3.38 and 2.0.60
are tagged. Will tag 2.2.5 later on this afternoon and
roll all 3.
