I just noticed that the 1.3.4 release hasn't been tagged yet in Git. Did
something just not sync yet?

I think git.apache.org are now official mirrors of trunk, properly
maintained by Apache. (although there's a lag until new commits show up)

The semi-official git repo for buildr is now at:
http://git.apache.org/
e.g. http://git.apache.org/buildr.git

Ah, that would explain it! Considering that the GitHub repo is referenced
on the project page as an alternative way to get the source, we might want
to keep it up to date. Didn't Vic have a script back in the day to take
care of this?

Actually, the buildr/buildr repository at GitHub isn't syncing *at all* with
the SVN anymore. It's missing quite a few of the latest commits.
