    I compared the performance of TPC-DS using modified maropu's script between this PR and master.
    I collected average performance of 20 trials of each query.
    
    Here is [performance data](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1k28lbU1JuisQCUQM5g9invhtovnWjddu-1DKLTA03Hc/edit#gid=0). Overall, we have not seen large regression. While only one query Q98 is 10% slower, the best time is comparable.
