   ## Summary
   
   fdpic.rst said that only the make build generates the table of CONFIG_EXECFUNCS_SYSTEM_SYMTAB. Since #20489 the CMake build does too.
   
   Since #20377, ldnxflat is in the tree (tools/nxflat, Apache 2.0) and the make build makes it. The NXFLAT page, the nxflatxip example page and the pimoroni-pico-2-plus xipfs-nxflat configuration still said that ldnxflat comes from buildroot, showed the old usage (-d, optional -e and -o), and said that a module must have no static data and no strings.
   
   ## Impact
   
   Documentation only.
   
   ## Testing
   
   tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g passes. Sphinx 6.2.1 HTML build: no new warnings.
