Fix on branch db/5867.  Make sure tables look good now in nested comments and when previewing markedown (e.g. ticket, wiki page).  Also make sure "regular" top-level tables like ticket list and forum list still look correct.

1. I agree that the cells don't seem to need to be that large
2. We should probably have *some* way of viewing too-wide content like large tables or screenshots.
