New contributor alert

Hi everyone,

I have contributed to open source regularly since Feb 2022. I contributed
to Jenkins this Hacktoberfest. Right now, I am interested
in documentation and contributing to projects in Java.

I was looking for  GitHub repositories to contribute to and came across
Maven on up-for-grabs.

I find this issue interesting:

But I cannot comment because I cannot create a JIRA account by myself.

Could someone help me here?
