Steps how to reproduce Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev
– English  UI / English locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1554003 -
2014-01-06]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile:

1. From AOO Start Center Launch Calc
2. With "fx" Icon left from formula input line launch Function Wizard
   > Function Wizard Dialog appears, Fundtion"ABS" selected
3. double Click "ABS"
   > Function appears in Formula Pane
4. Dobule click next few Functions until "ACOT"
   > Complex nested formula appears in Formula Pane
5. Click "Structure" TAB
   > Formula Structure appears, nothing selected
6. Click [Help] button:
   > Help heading "Mathematical Functions" appears
     Not optimum, but appropriate
     Better would be "Function Wizard - Structure tab"
7. Close Help and Formula Wizard , redo 2 ... 5
8. Click "ABS" in Structure
9. Click [Help] button
   Expected: Some context related Help appears con
   Actual: "Welcome to the OpenOffice Calc Help" - rather useless

Additional Info:

(a) Main problem is the General Help in step 9
(b) 'a' already reproducible with OOo 2.0.2
(c) Was more or less as expected with OOo 1.1.5

(d)  Already reproducible with  Pre-3.4.0 (OOo 2.0.2), but because of crippled  
     Version selector (Bug 123063) no useful info can be contributed
