**With its focus on Druid configuration files, the Configuration Reference contains information about the dynamic configuration of automatic compaction set by calling an API.**

### Description
- Relates to https://druid.apache.org/docs/latest/configuration/index.html#compaction-dynamic-configuration
- It includes information about the table datasource that will be compacted, `tuningConfig` (#11936) , `granularitySpec` and `ioConfig` (#11980), including the amount of parallelism (`maxNumConcurrentSubTasks`) – and thus has more in common with the concepts of ingestion than of runtime properties
### Proposal
Move this section of the documentation into a dedicated page closer to that on how to do reindexing / compaction.
