[users@httpd] whats wrong with the virtual hosts?

ok I had this problem before but I forgot how to fix it. Basicly a test page 
comes up when I try to go to the other 2 virtual hosts even though there are 
both index.hytml and index.htm in the document roots for the websites.

Attached is my httpd.conf for your reference.
