jcdi/owb progress

I've been working steadily on the OWB integration.  I just found what appears to be the current exclusion list at 
http://fisheye.jboss.org/browse/~raw,r=7045/weld/cdi-tck/branches/1.0/impl/src/main/resources/tck-tests-released.xml

and copied it into our jcdi tck-tests.xml.

Running with my patched OWB and current openejb and geronimo I get 9 failures.  5 of these appear to be EL related, and at least one is because we aren't binding BeanManager into jndi yet.

Hopefully I've opened jiras w/patches for all the OWB changes...
