Log4j not working in TomEE M3

Hi guys I would like to ask help. I am trying to use log4j but it works
outside Intellij but not in intellij.

I followed this tutorial:

Attached are the logs of intellij and working_tomee (outside intellij).
Anyone can please help? Not sure what is going on, I really need this to
work.
