Attach the patch, 
* use vertexName to identify Vertex
* use VertexGroup's groupName & members to identify VertexGroup
* use Edge's inputVertex & outputVertex to identify Edge
* use GroupInputEdge's vertexGroup name and outputVertex's name to identify GroupInputEdge
