cross-platform views for 4.2.0 results

FYI: I've created a set of cross-platform build result pages for
4.2.0 to help us detect regressions in 4.2.1:

   http://people.apache.org/~sebor/stdcxx-4.2.0/results/builds/

There is at least one glitch that I know of that still needs to
be worked out: the links to files in Subversion point to trunk
rather than the branch. I'll work on fixing that sometime soon.
If you notice other problems let me know.
