Log:
Some time ago the code for DocumentAnalyzer was moved into the
docanalyzer subpackage.  This class just existed so old run
configurations would work, and it's outlived it usefulness at
this point.

Removed:
    incubator/uima/uimaj/trunk/uimaj-tools/src/main/java/org/apache/uima/tools/DocumentAnalyzer.java
