   Edit URL SLUG is not reflected right after change and click into the dashboard will lead to error. Dashboard URL did not update to the newly change until refresh
   
   ### Expected results
   
   Dashboard URL will reflect the change right after edit
   
   ### Actual results
   
   Dashboard URL did not reflect the change right after edit

   #### How to reproduce the bug
   Precondition: user set URL SLUG for a dashboard 
   1. Go to dashboard edit
   2. edit URL SLUG, save change
   3. without refresh page, click the edited dashboard
   4. See error
   
   ### Environment

   - superset version: `master`
   - python version: `python --version`
   - node.js version: `node -v`
