Crash the system
Hi,
Im relatively new to Jmeter. Im testing a browser based application.
I tested it for 10 threads. its working fine.
i want to test waht is the max load it can take.
pls advise, how to test when is the system going to crash?
how can i do these things in jmeter, pls advice
how many threads i need to create>?

Hi,
I ran the test with 100 users on thread. it worked fine though it took a while.
then i changed the threads to 500. it tooks ages and JMeter window was not being
displayed. i looked into the cmd prompt window and found jemeter values were
running as below

Hi,
try several hunderd treads, let them loop forever or several hunderd
times. After some hours your server will go down. ;-)
If JMeter runs on Server, deactivate as much as possible of memory
consuming not used Items (e.g. Result Trees).
