RapidSVN 0.9.3-1 released (IMPORTANT WIN32 BUGFIX)

This is an important update for peoply using RapidSVN-0.9.3 on Windows 
and who use filesystem access (file:/// URLs) to BerkeleyDB repositories

Please install this update as soon as possible!
