[I] [MINSTALL-14] Unable to invoke install-file goal from inside a pom [maven-install-plugin]

   prasad	hi brett.. why is that I can't use the install:install-file from inside a pom but I can use it from command line ?
   prasad	from inside the pom i get an error that artifactid is read-only
