error testing struts 2.0.10 snapshot (s:a tag)

In my tests is occurring the following error :

 ...
According to TLD or attribute directive in tag file, attribute href does not
accept any expressions
 ...

the code  :

<s:a href="portal!showContent.action?linkId=${codSubLinkContent}">
	Go Item
</s:a>

In this new release in not permited expressions in 'a' tag ? why ?
