Note for committers

One of the aspects of being a committer that I suspect is less well
publicised than it should be is the MailAlias.txt file in the Apache
committers CVS module.  Committers should each have a line in that
file listing all valid email addresses that identify them; for instance,
mine includes Ken@Coar.Org, ROUS@CPAN.Org, and Ken.Coar@Golux.Com as\
well as coar@apache.org.

Of course, if this has already been mentioned, ignore me.  Carry on..
