Extract Alt name of images

Hi everyone,

 

I'm trying to use PDFBox to extract the text of a PDF file which has images
with an alt name. I've expected PDFBox extract this text besides the rest of
the document but it  doesn't.

 

Is there any way to get this? And what about comments?
