Description:
The uriEncoding parameter does not work when using HTTPS with the run goal.
Looking at the code (http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/tomcat/maven-plugin/trunk/tomcat7-maven-plugin/src/main/java/org/apache/tomcat/maven/plugin/tomcat7/run/AbstractRunMojo.java?revision=1558943&view=markup), the parameter is applied to the non-HTTP connector and the AJP connector but not applied to the HTTPS connector.
