Version of Apache Used: 1.1b2
Extra Modules used: external auth module
URL exhibiting problem: http://wwwcgi.umr.edu/~hdqa   - reload quite a few times

Symptoms:

Requests are being return to client corrupted, for example:
This doesn't happen ALL the time, just every so often.

clicking on a link for:
	http://wwwcgi.umr.edu/~hdqa
returns
	http://wwwcgi.umr.edu/afs/umr.edu/software/hdqa

Where the "afs/umr.edu/software/hdqa" is ~hdqa's home dir.

This doesn't only happen with user dirs.

I wrote in about this bug before with 1.1b1b... 
Has been occuring with all the 1.1's, might have happened with
1.0.x, but I don't remember.
