JDK 16 EA build 18 is now available

OpenJDK 16 Early Access build 18**is now available at http://jdk.java.net/16
* These early-access , open-source builds are provided under the

Hello Rory,
I just ran our CI job[1] against a Linux setup for Java 16 EA (build
16-ea+18-901) and no unexpected issues were observed. All looks fine
with this build.
